• Position: Center Manager

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, facility management, or administration.

• Education / Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• Gender: Male / Female

• Joining Status: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the center to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage center staff, fostering a collaborative, productive, and high-performance work environment.

• Client & Patient Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex queries, managing escalations, and maintaining high levels of customer/patient satisfaction.

• Financial Oversight: Manage the center’s budget, supervise daily financial transactions, and optimize operational costs where possible.

• Facility Management: Ensure the facility’s infrastructure, equipment, and resources are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with safety regulations.

• Reporting: Compile and present regular operational and performance reports to upper management.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Act as the key liaison between the organization, public entities, media, and local communities to promote a positive corporate image.

• Relationship & Liaison Management: Build, nurture, and maintain robust public relations networks with clients, corporate partners, and local government or regulatory bodies.

• Communication Oversight: Draft, review, and manage official press releases, corporate statements, and public announcements.

• Grievance & Escalation Handling: Address public inquiries, concerns, or crisis situations professionally to safeguard the organization's reputation.

• Event Coordination: Organize and oversee public events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs.

• Education / Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology (B.Sc. MIT / B.Sc. Radiology or equivalent).

• Gender: Male / Female

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the medical imaging and radiology department, ensuring optimal workflow and efficient patient scheduling.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and schedule radiology techs, nurses, and administrative staff within the unit.

• Quality Assurance & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations, radiation protection standards, and quality control protocols for all imaging equipment (X-Ray, CT, MRI, etc.).

• Equipment & Inventory Management: Oversee the operational maintenance of sophisticated imaging machinery, handle troubleshooting coordination, and manage specialized departmental inventory.

• Patient Care Excellence: Monitor clinical workflows to ensure patient safety, comfort, and the delivery of precise diagnostic imaging results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology/ medical imaging technology (BSc. MIT/ BSc. Radiology or equaling)
